I loved that the box and wrapping was so high quality. The shoes also seem very sturdy and last a long time. I’m a size 8, ordered that size, and it fits perfectly. The height isn’t too much in my opinion and the comfort of it is perfect. I’m sure after wearing it for a while it will mold to the shape of my foot more. They are extremely tolerable for walking long periods of time. They are also true to size. They do squeak a little on certain surfaces but don’t have that classic heel clacking noise to them. They are also super cute! I took one star off because one shoe fits tighter near the top, central foot area, where the toes begin at the center pad. The pictures shown actually states exactly what you should expect from these shoes. They are man made leather so don't complain if the don't last too long. The heels are 2 inches so perfect for wanting abit of height without the fuss. They are not the most comfortable right off the bat but wearable. They are much better with some foot pad cushions for the ball of your feet. When I got these and tried them on, i was pleased with the way they looked as they fit great. Though for me the toe box area was abit spacious. But when I put the foot cushions in them for more comfort and to help fill the space they had me at 'yes'. I am not expecting alot out of these shoes because they are not genuine leather or well made. They are fashion boots and good enough to dress up and look cute without breaking the bank.
