Directions are pretty terrible, very very very confusing. Took me an hour or two to figure it all out with putting it together but once you get it it's a super great deal for the price. Two people or good clear assembly instructions would make it much quicker. Other than assembly directions I have no complaint though. Packaging was fine. Shipped super fast. Very sturdy and strong for the price. I am 275 pounds and it worked just fine so far after putting it together today. Doesnt take up a lot of space at all. Dont need tools it comes with little mini wrenches and that's all you need. All pieces and bolts were included just fine once I figured assembly out. Took a chance on this and very happy with it especially for a price point under $100. Doesnt wobble or move while I use it which I was worried could be as issue with me weighing 275 pounds. I purchased this for my teenaged son to do pull-ups. He is 5'6, 140 lbs. We had absolutely no trouble putting it together. My husband and son were able to do it, in a matter of minutes. While it is fairly well-built and sturdy, my son has found that it tips very easily as he does his pull-ups. We have resorted to putting several 5 lb sandbags on the legs of the unit, to keep it from rocking or tipping over.
