I thought it would be better. The range of motion could improve. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Decent product for the price. Bought so kids and wife could do assisted pull-ups and dips without a makeshift bungee cord that’s gonna slip into a fail video. Overall satisfied. One of the plastic sleeves for the vertical appeared to be jammed/smashed, but the whole assembly came with an extra one so I assume this is a known problem. Wasn’t terrible to replace. The instructions were some of the worst I’ve encountered. Fortunately I’m mechanically inclined (hvac technician). The unit works well enough. I am 230lbs and used it. My 70 lb daughter did too. It’s a little shakey/rickety, but works all in the same. As I did with my squat rack, I’m probably going to buy a couple clamps and all thread to secure to wall to make it more stable. Including pics of the smashed plastic sleeves, a scratch on the frame, and video of the knee pad wobbling. Will try to figure a way to make that a bit less wobbly. Read more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's what my cousin wanted for a gift. Value for money: The price was pretty reasonable. Read more
I was able to complete assembly however the knee/back pad was defective. There wasn't a way to rig it to made it functional, so I contacted the seller and they offered me assistance promptly. Read more
Honestly it is a bit rickety but what can you expect for under $200. I weigh 259 and I am just shy of completing a pull up with all of the cables to assist me. The knee pad looks like it has been to war and I have used it twice lol Read more

I purchased the SogesHome power tower and found that while it works in a single exercise configuration, switching between different exercises is nearly impossible without partially disassembling the base. The primary issue appears to be poor fit and finish. The biggest design flaw centers on the kneeling pad, which is supposed to convert into a backrest by removing two screws and reattaching it. Unfortunately, the mounting screws flanges for the pad seem too long, preventing it from fitting properly as a backrest. It’s possible that missing metal reinforcement plates were intended to act as spacers, widening the base so the pad would fit correctly. The metal Gourd buttons are very low quality with multiple having broken hinges. I also noticed several burrs on the pull-up bar that dig into my palms; I plan to file these down. Additionally, the packaging could have been better: there were broken plastic pieces, scratched posts, and an extra plastic component in the box—yet those crucial metal reinforcement plates were missing. Most of these issues are cosmetic, but the missing parts affect structural integrity. There is no contact information for the vendor in the manual to get the missing parts. I recommend trying a different model. Read more
