I bought these as my “statement” sunglasses, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. When I first tried them on, I was immediately reminded of a pair of Maui Jim cat-eye sunglasses I’d been eyeing that cost over $300. While these obviously aren’t the same as high-end designer frames, the style and quality are impressive enough that I’ve gotten multiple compliments when wearing them. Why I’m a repeat Sojos customer: This isn’t my first pair of Sojos sunglasses, and they continue to deliver on what I’ve come to expect from the brand - on-trend styles, solid construction, and excellent value. They seem to understand current eyewear trends and offer them at accessible prices without cutting too many corners on quality. What stands out about this pair: The cat-eye shape is flattering and fashion-forward without being overly dramatic. The metal frame feels substantial and well-made, not flimsy like some budget sunglasses. The mirrored lenses look expensive and add to the overall polished aesthetic. The lenses provide UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays. While I can’t independently verify the UV protection level, I’ve worn these for extended periods outdoors on sunny days without any eye discomfort or strain, which gives me confidence they’re doing their job. This is especially important to me since these are fashion sunglasses I wear frequently - I need them to actually protect my eyes, not just look good. The fit is comfortable for extended wear. They sit well on my face without sliding down, and the frames don’t feel too tight behind my ears even after wearing them for several hours. How they compare to premium brands: Obviously, these aren’t Maui Jims - the lens technology and optical clarity aren’t quite at that level, and I imagine the durability over years of use won’t match a $300+ pair. But for the price, they’re remarkable. They capture the style and look I wanted without the premium price tag, which is perfect for fashion sunglasses that I might want to rotate or update as trends change. Bottom line: If you want stylish, well-made cat-eye sunglasses that look far more expensive than they are and offer solid UV protection, these are an excellent choice. Sojos continues to impress me with their ability to deliver fashionable eyewear at great prices. Whether this is your first pair or you’re a repeat customer like me, I think you’ll be pleased with the quality and style. Read more
This is my second pair (I have the green color) and the fit is the exact same which is great! Love the cat eye and large feel of the lenses. The color I purchased is called Pink. The lens is mirrored and changes from pink to more of a rose gold depending on the angle. The frame is a sort of matte rose gold which is really pretty and compliments the lens color really well. Love! Read more
Very sexy glasses! I have always preferred over-sized, dramatic sunglasses, so these don't disappoint. The reviews were pretty positive, so I decided to give these a chance and I am so happy I did. They came with a soft drawstring bag, as well as a decently sized micro-fiber lense cloth. The frames are wide enough so they don't squeeze my temples as many sunglasses do. The nose pieces are secure but not too tight. The lenses are a gradient dark-grey/black. I asked my daughter if she could see my eyes through the lenses and she told me "no". So far the design quality seems very nice. I expect these sunglasses to last quite a while. As for the style, I almost couldn't have asked for a more perfect look. I have very big cheeks, so I don't want to wear small eyeglasses or sunglasses. I need something large to balance everything out. These are so cute because they're slightly cat-eye and squared at the bottom. I feel like such a diva when I wear these lol, especially indoors. Read more
These are great fashion glasses. I bought them for a vacation and they looked great with my straw hat. I wore them when we returned and felt like there were a little “too much” for day to day life. The tint isn’t great. It slightly helps with the sunlight. You can see how it barely changes the light in the second photo. And you can also see how the gold is flecking off on the frame. I only wore them a few times and kept them in a sunglass bag. I’m sure it will only get worse. But for the price, I’m not disappointed. You get what you pay for… Read more
This isn't the first SOJOS sunglasses that I've bought--they've always been good quality with a good weight and firm fit. These are shiny where they should be shiny and matte where they should be matte. It tooks tasteful and balanced. Read more
I bought them a little nervous because sometimes with other sellers you don’t get what you order, but I really like these glasses because they give your face a nice shape, they don’t look cheap, and they look classy, nothing shiny or flashy. I liked them a lot. They’re just a little wide on my face, but I already found a solution with some adjusters. I look nice !! Read more
Cute but super cheaply made. I accidentally squished them a bit and they completely bent and I can’t wear them now. Read more
The size of these are beyond perfect. I think they look so good on. The brightness and color of these are perfect in the car. I love that it came with a cleaning cloth, which I keep in my car. They have had a few scratches on them, so I would not call them completely durable, but with 2 kids I would say they are fantastic for the price. Read more
