Fantastic customer service
I ordered a new pair of sunglasses and received a filthy, used pair with a loose lens. This was unacceptable, but this wasn’t on the brand. Amazon didn’t do their due diligence and failed to inspect the returned pair, which shouldn’t have been restocked... I reached out to the customer service email and included photos. The company got back to me promptly to resolve the issue and I had a brand new pair in pristine condition within 4 days. Zero issues, great customer service.
