This is my second one. The other one finally died after about two years, but that's not bad for the price and look of it. It's just cheapie plastic but, as you can see, it looks really nice on my shepherd's hook, even in daytime. 🙂 This one has four solar cells on top, too, and the first one had only two. The photos on this page made this particular model look as if it was barn red in color. It's actually more a copper with a dry brush effect to give it an antique look. That was my first disappointment. The quality was the second. The lantern looks nice from far away. The candles give off decent light and and even flicker, but close up, the fact that it's cheap plastic is obvious. I worry about water working its way in and shorting out the entire thing. Due to this, I'll probably hang it on my porch instead where it won't have to brave so much of the elements. Read more

Looks as advertised but is very low quality, though it’s also really inexpensive so you get what you pay for.
