Useless and a Mess
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these. Cleaned the shoes (even though they’re brand new). Waited 25 hours and stuck them on. First wear they started peeling off. One almost came completely off when it stuck itself to the floor. Took them off and now have been cleaning and cleaning and cleaning trying to get the sticky glue residue off. Read more

Seems to Offer Good Protection
First off, I would say it doesn’t make any sense to me to put a sheet of plastic over sneaker treads. Some of those sneakers have carefully designed treads that serve a purpose, so I don’t know why you would cover them up. It is perfectly understandable to use this product on smoother surfaces and certainly hard leather soles for protection purposes. I tested them on some fairly soft rubber slipper soles. I put them on the corner of the heel that tends to rub the most on the outer side of both left and right. It had a surprisingly good grip, though I would like to have a bit more tackiness in the glue. Considering the cost, I would use these for patching purposes rather than whole sole coverage, but of course that is up to the individual user. I do consider the pricing for the two sheets a bit too high. Read more

really regret buying these sole stickers. They were a complete waste of money. First off, they didn’t cut properly – the sizing and shape were way off and didn’t match my shoes at all. On top of that, they barely stuck. Within minutes of trying to apply them, they started peeling off at the edges. For a product that’s supposed to protect your soles, these did the opposite.
