The casters roll smoothly in the laundry room and ther are polished hanging protruding limbs that I use constantly to store scissors, a dryer filter brush, garment lint brush and grab-it’ tool. The rack is sturdy and looks high end, holds a lot of hangers and is whisper quiet when moving around on the floor or shifting to the garments on the rack. Rack seems solid, and very easy to set up, but I don't put 100% confidence on how the sliding vertical bars will hold the weight. Some of rachet knobs won't pop out completerly in the holding holes to secure horizontal bars (where you hang clothes).
