You should know that if you've been using an ordinary electric toothbrush, this is very different feeling. At first use, it tickled! The high speed vibration is a bit disconcerting at first, but as you get used to it, it isn't so startling. My teeth feel so much cleaner with this toothbrush, it's almost like I wasn't brushing at all before. The head is small, but it gets into tight places and allows for better cleaning.
