I can't give a zero star. But I cry every time I start this miserable android POS. I wanted a Sony Walkman MP3 player like I've had for years before but unable to replace batteries when they run out. Now I'm stuck with this crappy android POS. Why did you do this, Sony? What you had was gold and now it's a POS. I can get android on everything else. The Sony Walkman was different. The Walkman itself is great. Android system is easy to use. File transfer is fairly slow to SD Card. Best to pull the card and transfer directly after formatting it in the Walkman. The bundled protective case is impossible to get on. It is ridged plastic. It is not flexible, AT All. 15 minutes of trying and I gave up. I put a lot of force on the unit trying to get it into the case. It should not be this difficult. It’s now in the garbage. Read more
