I bought sorel boots cause my sister in Switzerland has had a pair for five years and they have lasted like champs so I knew quality was good, and she has five kids who are not couch potato’s, on the contrary, hockey and football players, and all outdoor activity lovers. Im in love with this boots! I haven’t worn them long term but they are super comfortable, I ordered my number and they fit perfectly, they are warm specially with the right socks which won’t make your feet feel like using compression socks cause the boots leave room for using thick socks. I do not have wide feet though! I haven’t tested them for waterproof but just by the feel I can tell my feet ain’t getting wet and they do have good sole traction. I don’t feel this boots are particularly heavy but they are sturdy so they are not featherweight either I’d say average. Read more

I tried three different Columbia hiking boots before landing on this beautiful pair of boots. I’m beyond pleased with the comfort, foot support, quality and of course style! This shoe was lighter than other hiking boots that I tried. It has arch support. It’s easy and secure to lace up. I saw mixed reviews on sizing. I wear a 7.5, ordered a 7.5, and it fits perfectly with normal athletic socks (not too tight or loose), and snug with thick socks. I wore it around my house for two house and felt no discomfort and great range in motion. It also feels like I have higher ankle support compared to other boots. These nice booties are very comfortable for winter walking, while also being warm and waterproof. The thick sole helps to keep the feet up and out of the slush, especially important in the city or even a very snowy location (like Montréal). The warm terracotta colour is really beautiful. I am out a lot at night doing photography. These are nice when I need something warm but it's not cold enough for big winter boots. Also has great traction which was a priority for me. Looks great with insulated leggings. Read more

These were a half size big on me. I’m between 8 1/2 and 9 but usually a 9. I went with 8 1/2 in these and I still have wiggle room with my wide feet. These are very comfortable and super warm and velvety. Would highly recommend if you’re comfortable paying this much for a winter boot. It is worth it. Read more
