I ordered the 8.5 in color Burro. The shipment came earlier than expected so that was nice. However, the outside of the box was incorrectly labeled because the boots I received were in the color Quarry. Very disappointed. I started a return and got the correct replacement within two days. Was able to drop off the return at Kohl's so that was convenient. I love, love, love these boots! They don't feel like high heels and they grip very well. They are comfortable right out of the box. The color is a rich brown that I was looking for. They seem true to size but just a tad narrow. They are leather so I figure they will stretch with time. The insole is soft and comfortable which is saying a lot since my feet are like delicate flowers. They don't feel warm with thin socks but that's ok since I live in Texas. I initially bought a knockoff White Mountain wedge (I had a gift card) but they just weren't the same: faux leather, the wedge wasn't fully covered, and the insole was hard as a rock. These were on sale so I pulled the trigger and splurged on myself. So glad I did. I like the laces because I have skinny feet so my feet tend to slide forward in most shoes but my foot stays in place with these. I did need medium thickness hiking socks, though. I may get different colored laces later for different looks. I went shopping for several hours in these and they remained comfortable except for the ball of my feet got sore and tired since I'm not used to walking in heels and I felt like the boot could use a bit more arch support. I know these have gotten a lot of hype for being fake, but they are indiscernible from the $240 ones I tried on at Nordstrom. I’m just in love with them. I don’t like much of a heel, but these are seriously comfortable. I didn’t want to take them off, but it’s August and I’m just at home wearing joggers so there’s not a lot of need for boots today. SIZING I have a wide toe box. However, these boots weren’t constricting. I did have on normal socks when I wore them around my apartment, but I think thick wool socks would still fit. I’m a 6.5/7 and sometimes get sz 7.5 for boots. I purchase a 7 and these Sorels and am happy with that. WINTER I live in Minnesota and winter gets brutally cold with ice and snow on the sidewalks from November to March. That being said, I still walk around a lot downtown and need a sturdy, warm shoe. This fits the bill. The sole is made for inclement weather. Even with the heel, they feel very sturdy. The shoe itself isn’t very insulated, but like I said, a thick sock will fit. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new boots! Got them for my birthday and LOVE them so much, I'm going to treat myself to the tall pair for Christmas. They have a snug fit but they're not tight. Well made. Comfortable. Stylish. I got introduced to this boot while watching a "how not to look so frumpy in the winter" video and the stylist was saying that these look better with skinny jeans compared to an UGG boots because they help to slim the leg. I absolutely love this boot! The Cattail color (kind of a burgundy) is gorgeous and they are sooooo comfy! I got them for a great price and they shipped practically overnight. The boots are lightweight and the wedge is very stable - I wore another lace up pair with the same heel on a two mile walk in the woods last week with no wobbling. One issue - and something I've noticed on this style of Sorel boots before - one of the shoe lace rings is slightly higher than the other on one boot. Not easy to notice, but worth mentioning. I think it speaks to the disappointing lack of oversight in Chinese made items. I had decided not to buy Sorel last year when I realized that, unlike my older Sorels, they were made in China, but broke down this year and bought several pairs because the pre-holiday prices - Amazon and other sites - were just too low to resist. I have a high instep, medium (maybe a little wider at the toes) foot and wear a 7.5 - 8, depending upon the shoe. I have a 7.5 pair which are a bit snug and these in an 8 which fit well with a bit of room to spare. Keeping my fingers crossed that they hold up well! Read more

I love them! I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend the money but I am so glad I did! Theses shoes are very comfortable, super warm, great traction, and are super cute! I'd like to start out by saying, these are single handedly thee most comfortable boots I've ever been blessed to have on my feet. It doesn't feel like I'm wearing a heel, my toes aren't crammed, they aren't too tight around my ankle/lower calf. However, I will say, I'm rather disappointed with how scuffed up they came. These are supposed to be brand new, and it looks like someone already worn them out and about and scuffed them all up. For $230, they should be in mint condition.
