First let me tell you I was surprised with the power of this little guy. It exceeded my expectations. The screen is great it lets you set any temperature you like and it’s easy to read. This little guy heats up fast and is powerful enough to keep a medium sized room comfortable. My Mom’s favorite thing is the fire display. She watches it when she is tired and it helps her to relax and go to sleep. My favorite thing is that I can trust this little guy to do exactly what I want it to do and I don’t have to worry about my Mom getting too cold as she is 76 years old and has trouble keeping her body warm and gets chilled very easily. I mean it totally exceeded my expectations so I bought 3. It works good. The little fireplace is nice. However, it’s really annoying that if the heater has been on a specific setting for a while and I try to adjust it even by one digit, it starts right back at 95 degrees and I have to press the down button 30 times to get it where I want it. That’s a programming flaw. Also, after a few months the handle broke off. If it’s small and portable it should have a more durable handle. It doesn’t have a indent in the back for me to pick it up either so now I have to pick it up with both hands, which is less efficient if I’m trying to carry multiple items. Read more

I was so excited for this product to arrive, but now I’m disappointed. The “fireplace” does not has flames as advertised. The fireplace is actually just glowing rocks. Secondly, the plastic base arrived broken. Super disappointing and would not recommend purchasing this. Read more
