Sent me a used heater instead of new. Also had a 5' power cord instead of the standard 6'

This heater was sent to me used not new as indicated on the box. The protective cover had been removed from the round face with the controls on it and the face was scratched. Also the the power cord is 5' instead of the standard 6' for space heaters which limits the space you can move it around in. I returned it. Read more
