Delicious. You'll have to look online as to how to properly cook it. Some folks soak the grains in cold water for 30-60 min. before putting it into boiling water. Some suggest roasting them first in a skillet with a little oil to help bring out the nutty flavor. Nearly everyone suggests washing the grains first in a strainer using cold water. Item was a hit at Thanksgiving. Read more
