Nice shirt with some detailing (like the lacing at the cuffs - see photo). The XL is a bit tight and would benefit from a bit more fabric to get the flow usually found in a style like this. I am a women’s large for reference. The fit is not flattering and the material has absolutely no stretch at all, it is very stiff and restrictive.
