Improves workouts and walks!
This is an excellent addition to my workouts and walks! I used to hold and carry small dumbbells when I did squats and went on walks, but now I don't have to. This vest is comfortable, balanced has a perfect amount of added weight and keeps my hands free. This is the perfect weight. The vest fits perfectly and is adjustable. I like this weight for walks because it's not too heavy but still offering some added resistance which in turns Burns more calories. Honestly jogging with this. I hardly feel it. Read more
