These dumbells are perfect for me!
These dumbells are perfect for me. I have small hands and short fingers and I can grip them just fine. I am 68 years old and I like that I can just clip on or clip off the additional 5 lb weight to either side. Very easy ... even for arthritic hands/fingers! Read more
Very versatile weights
I purchased these weights for physical therapy and to allow myself to increase the weight as therapy progressed without filling my house with multiple pairs of handweights. These are awesome for my purpose!! They are 5.2 lbs when fully assembled, so a little overweight, but you can adjust them in 0.5 lb increments starting at 2.0 lbs. The weight modules are easily to attach and remove, and are very secure when attached. The hexagon shape is convenient because they don’t roll away and can be stacked. The grip feel and size is very comfortable for me (I have XL hands). You can also put extra weights on one handle and go over 5 lbs, but only can use one weight at a time then. Read more
