These weighted bands have really elevated my fitness routine! The velcro holds securely and I am able to use them as either bracelets for upper body workouts, or anklets for lower body training. They sit comfortably wherever you choose to place them and the added weight really lets me get more out of my gym sessions. They’re pretty portable too, I have used them during group fitness classes as well. In general, they’re quite easy to use, they seem durable enough to where I might get to utilize them long-term and I definitely plan on getting another pair so that I can use one set on both my upper and lower body simultaneously for a full body workout. Got these for my 12 year daughter. She wanted light weights to help make her arms stronger for cheer. They have a velcro fastener so the size is easly adjusted. The velcro is stro g and adhere nicely. The weight block also slide apart for a easy balanced transition to your ankles if needed. The weight bricks are individually coated in a soft silicone material, to help prevent chafing. we actually use wrist guards or Coban wrap as well. Overall these are very versatile and light. Great price as well. I definitely reccomend this item. Read more

I use these 2 pound wrist weights during Pilates and when doing floor ab exercises and they make a noticeable difference! These are great whether you are already into exercising or are just getting started. They were also a great edition in my cardio focused kickboxing class. They are versatile and can be used with just about any type of exercise. I appreciate that it has a user manual because I was putting them on wrong at first. It’s important to read it so that they stay secure during your workouts. I like that they are very soft and they actually look nice too. They did not cause any irritation on my skin and the Velcro strength was good. If you will be using them for high intensity exercises, just be mindful of how you are moving your arms, as it takes some getting used to. Read more

I’ve been using these Sportneer wrist weights for a mix of workouts, and my first impression was that they actually look pretty good while doing their job. 😄 The design is clean and modern, and the size and weight matched the listing exactly, which is nice when you don’t want surprise “bonus resistance.” They’re comfortable to wear during workouts and feel fine against the skin. 🙂 No sharp edges, no chafing, and no moments where you suddenly become very aware of your wrists for the wrong reasons. Once adjusted correctly, they fit snugly and stayed in place during normal movement without sliding around or needing constant readjustment. I did have a small learning moment at first. I kept undoing the Velcro every time I took them off, only to realize they stretch enough to slip on and off easily while keeping the adjustment intact. 😅 Once that clicked, using them became much quicker and more convenient. They feel durable and well made, like they should hold up to regular use. Cleaning is easy overall, although if you sweat a lot, the elastic webbing underneath may take a bit more effort to freshen up. 💦 I’ve used them for walking, aerobics, and yoga, and they worked well across different types of workouts without feeling awkward or distracting. They also arrived in excellent condition and were well packaged. Pros & Cons 🙂 Comfortable fit with no chafing or sharp edges 🙂 Stay securely in place once adjusted 🙂 Easy to slip on and off after initial setup 🙃 Nylon underside may need extra cleaning if used heavily 🙃 Small learning curve figuring out you don’t need to undo the Velcro Read more
