If you have a door frame that you can't screw into, this works well. You need to tighten it to the point that it seems like it will damage the frame (which it won't), and then it holds weight just fine. Read more

The Sportneer Pull Up Bar has truly exceeded my expectations! The standout feature is the no-screw installation—super easy to set up and secure, without leaving any marks on the door frame. The adjustable width and locking mechanism are fantastic, allowing it to fit perfectly in various doorways in my home. The thickened steel construction gives me confidence in its durability, and with a max limit of 440 lbs, it feels incredibly sturdy during my workouts. I appreciate the multiple grip positions, making it versatile for different exercises like pull-ups, chin-ups, and leg raises. It's been a game changer for my upper body workouts. Read more

Overall I love it. Although twice it has slipped down. If you only face one way, it stays solid though. Read more

It’s well built, but the lateral pressure holding this thing up isn’t enough to hold much more than 100lbs. I bought it for my kids and I’ve never felt comfortable hanging my big adult body from it. There’s just no way to properly secure this pull-up bar. I extended the bar so much that the door frame started to creak and bend. It fell while my 50lb 7 year old was doing pull-ups. Save your child from getting his head bumped with this thing and get one that you actually screw into the door frame. Read more
