Works like you’d expect. Holds things tightly together and other things apart at the same time. The cuffs are solid and strong. Easy to use. The bar adjusts pretty easily although not easy to adjust on the fly. Better to get it set first and then use it. And it all fits into a duffle bag for traveling. We love this spreader bar set. The bar is easy to assemble, adjusts to different lengths. The set includes a pair of soft arm cuffs, and a pair of soft leg cuffs both with clips. We bought two sets - use one bar sometimes. Or, use two bars to spread arms and legs at same time. Or, use two bars to put feet together with one bar to put knees apart with the other bar, etc. Your only limit is your imagination. Read more

I love the spreader bar. It was fun to use, and definitely makes keeping your squirming sub more in control a lot easier and fun. But you may want to upgrade the clasps to something more sturdy. And it's very intuitive on how to assemble. 8/10 would definitely recommend for beginners. Read more
