These are easy to use during early stage recovery while in physical therapy. They are easy to grip and helped to gain strength. They are small and lightweight making them easy to store. I like that they are vinyl coated which makes to easy clean-up. Oh, and the price was right. Read more

I bought these 1-pound dumbbells a few years ago when my daughter first started swimming and wanted light exercises at home to support her training. At around age five, she could hold them comfortably because the handles are narrow and the vinyl coating is soft and smooth, not rough or slippery. They never chipped, cracked, or lost their bright pink color even with regular use. They also stayed perfectly shaped with no dents or coating peeling.
