I bought these so I could do some physical therapy exercises at home. They are the same brand that my PT uses at her office. It’s easy to change the handles from one band to another. Light weight and portable, I can envision bringing them with me on vacation. Read more

I like the handles and it works well. When I tried replacing one of the bands, they gave me the same color, but it was a different weight. I called to find out why the color/weight wasn't the same. The customer service was bad. I never got an answer and they didn't replace the band with the correct weight. Read more

I bought this as well as one of the "top selling" what-a-brand kit. The obvious difference I saw was that the inner tube of this product was a uniform color where as the what-a-brand kit tubes were clear. Seems like quality control of this product is slightly better so I decided to keep this kit. It is easy to set up and very portable. I've used this for a couple of weeks, will update this if any bands break but quality seems solid. Read more

Overall the product is pretty good, but - I am not finding the handles to be sturdy enough. They feel quite "cheap". - the poster manual is only listing a few exercises; Many are missing. Very surprising that they did not do a better job, listing them all, or most of them. - There is no explanation about the 5 cords of 5 different colors. So, you have to figure out on your own how they rank from easiest to hardest; Not too difficult, but a little description would have been useful. Read more

I love these bands! I was hesitant to buy them because I wanted something decent for the reasonable price. Super easy to change out for different exercises. The handles are comfortable & I love the door stop so I can work my lower & upper body. The ankle strap was confusing to me at first but now that I know how to wrap it correctly, it is very secure. I did have to google how to use it since there was no instructions included. It does include several exercises with photos which was very helpful in getting started to use them. Only precaution is to tape with heavy plastic duct tape on the bands where they rub inside the loops or they with cut through and break way too fast! Read more
