If your weights have the screw-on type retainers and you don't have these, get them. For years put up with the retainers loosening up during reps. And during certain reps like "pour-the beer" for your traps the wights would clang annoyingly. These are much smaller than the other spring clips I have, and they barely fit onto the bar. To get them on and off requires a VERY hard squeeze, and because the handle part of the clips is quite small, they're not the easiest to use. Read more
