The look of the boots is just beautiful; from the stitching, rivets, laces and designer looking shoe box. However, they had a very strong chemical smell- gave me an immediate migraine! I had to return them. Read more
I really enjoy these shoes and like that there are zippers on both sides of the foot for easy pull on and off! Comfortable. I have had them for 7 months and wear them often and they still look great! * I saw the other review complaining of missing zippers. I DO think there is inconsistency with orders with this company. 1) With the first pair of purple shoes I ordered, the left foot was different than the right foot in construction! 🤣 (different laces, number of zippers, etc) 2) I also ordered a green version of these shoes and they unfortunately only had zippers on the outside of the foot, which makes it a little less ergonomic to take off shoes, but I kept and still enjoy those shoes anyway. So, yes, there is some variation from the supplier. Fortunately, Amazon makes returns easy. ALSO, I ordered some other shoes directly from the SpringStep company because they were not available on Amazon, and they are really good about making things right when there is a mistake. Read more
This model is advertised to have zippers on both sides. I sent my last pair back as defective. I relayed this information to you. Just received my new pair and the same thing happened. How can you advertise them as having double zippers when they do not? Read more
