I am 5’ 10” and vary between 173-180 # I tried it on for 30 minutes and had to remove it, my hands were starting to go numb because my circulation was being diminished. While I fit into the middle of weight category listed, I believe this was made for men who generally have bigger shoulders than women. While I do have wide shoulders, this didn't come close to fitting. Women should be instructed to size down. I returned it due a misrepresentation in size, but was charged for return shipping. I expect it could fit on a size down, it could be a great product, but due to the fact that I had to pay for return shipping, I cannot rate it higher. First off, the Bowtie is well made and seems like it would work well. However, I was between sizes and ordered on the small side and it’s too tight. I simply want to exchange for the larger size. Amazon wants to charge for the return and the company who it shipped from packaged a note stating, don’t go through Amazon because they’ll charge us. I spend a lot of time working on a computer or driving, and I've simply made a habit of wearing this whenever I plan to engage in either of those activities for more than an hour.
