The camera is small and unobtrusive in the room. The picture quality is excellent and it is clear and zoom able. It detected our movement quickly and easily. The app is easy to set up and easy to maneuver. You have a choice to save to the cloud or to an SD card. It is not a 24/7 camera. It will save clips of motion-activated video to whichever location you choose. It is very reasonably priced and functions well for what I will use it for. ‏The iOS version of the app requires extensive permissions, including Wi-Fi and your home Wi-Fi password,, Bluetooth, complete access to your photos, access to your camera, access to your location. Photo access could have been configured with the permission only to add new photos, which you download from the camera, but instead, the download feature doesn’t work unless you give it access to all your photos. The system architecture of the app is designed to induce you to subscribe to their cloud video storage service. Every time you access a camera in its hotspot-only configuration, you are asked to subscribe to their cloud service. This hotspot connectivity is intermittent, leading to extensive frustration, and perhaps the desperation to sign up for their cloud service. Once you grant access to your Wi-Fi network and use their cloud service, they have complete access to all the camera feeds you have set up in your own home. This is a really poorly conceived product. The battery life is only a few hours. How could a security camera be of any use if it only runs a few hours? Read more

My first indoor security and I am impressed! Decided to get with the times and I'm so glad I did. Setup is super easy. Follow the instructions to the tee and you should be fine... especially the phone camera part. Hint: keep phone camera on the display until it finish connecting. You have to use their app with this camera. The app is really user friendly, though. Lots of different functions and setting through the app. Picture quality is stellar. Very crisp and clear on HD. Night vision is also great. Audio isn't bad either. I love that I can video call my kids or that they can call me with a press of a button on the camera. You can just use audio only as well. The camera can spin around 360 degrees. There's also a light on the back that can be used as a night light. Nice if you plan to use this in the kids room or whatnot. Has its own build-in battery for when you need to move it away from an AC outlet for whatever reason. My camera is always plugged into the outlet so I can't comment much on battery life. There's a SD slot if you want to record or you can paid to have cloud service recording through the app. Truly an amazing indoor camera for the price. Highly recommend if it's something you need. If your contemplating getting one, just get it. TIP: update the software through the app once you get the camera up and running. The update makes the display show date and time. It's a nice touch.
