I've been a longtime fan of the Ligne 2 and was always interested in the Le Grand. There were a few things missing on the first generation Le Grand that I didn't like. The first item was the design of the bottom of the lighter. The design looks rushed and did not have the classic Ligne 2 look and feel. The second item it was noticeably missing was the "ping". S.T. Dupont finally got it right with the second generation Le Grand. It looks like a larger version of the Ligne 2 and they brought back the "ping". This version also comes with a screwdriver to replace the flints. Read more
