you get what you pay for, but still a good buy
i bought a renewed pair for nearly 1/2 price. they look okay, got them for when i wear a tuxedo, which is only once a year. the description says patent leather, BUT the shoes are manmade except for the interior lining. they run narrow, so i am glad i got a pair in wide (w). the toe box is an inch longer than my big toe, a little too long. nevertheless, for what i paid and how i am using them, will purchase them again. will update review if they start falling apart from only occasional wearing.
