I have been seeing so many videos lately on Gua Sha and its benefits that have been so intriguing to me, so I decided to take the plunge and give it a shot and man, am I SO HAPPY that I did! After just ONE use I could already see a difference, and I’m not going crazy- my husband confirmed. My face looked smoother and less puffy/inflamed. I have rosacea so my skin gets angry from all kinds of things; skincare products, makeup, foods, drinks, the weather etc. and gets inflamed and puffy/swollen. I could feel this moving the inflammation and liquid buildup out of my face. Not only that, but the massage aspect of it feels incredible, especially in the sinus region. If you struggle with allergies I’m sure this would be amazing! Make sure that you’re thoroughly moisturizing and using something to create a slip to the skin (hydrating oil or an oil cleanser, for example) before you start because not only will you cause unnecessary stretching/wrinkles and damage to your skin but it’ll hurt. Also make sure you "wake up your lymph nodes" before starting as well, since you’re draining all of the fluid, toxins & junk from your face and that’s where it’s all going. I plan to come back after 2 weeks with before & after pictures, which I planned to leave my review then but seeing that there was noticeable results after just one use I had to come on here and at least say that if you are or have been considering trying Gua Sha- DO IT!! It really works and your skin/face will thank you. Plus there’s the added bonus of sharpening the cheek bones, getting rid of your double chin (my jawline wasn’t SNATCHED yet but it was noticeably tighter/smoother) RUN DON’T WALK! Read more

This is a great feeling facial contouring tool! The stainless steel tool has a heavy weight and came in a black pouch. It is well designed with a shiny, mirror like finish. I have been using it along my jawline, forehead, and cheekbone areas. It has a nice, cool feeling to it. I have only been using it for a week, so no noticeable facial contouring differences yet. I like that it can be cooled in the refrigerator or warmed with hot water for use. My facial soap easily cleans the stainless steel tool. I wish it had come with an instruction booklet. I went to the Amazon website to look up the item to see how to most effectively use the tool since I am not familiar with Gua Sha massage techniques. I am excited to see the lymphatic drainage progress. Overall great tool and I highly recommend it! Read more

This stainless steel guasha feels good quality and has a nice weight to it. I would say it's not that slippery but I still need a tighter grip with it when I use it. On the bright side, even if it falls down, it will not break. I just wish that it was a little thicker. Overall, it's a great tool to use and a great addition to my skincare routine. Read more

So this product when applied properly will help remove the inflammation and redness in your face. Thing of it as a mini facial massage. You can use this stainless tool and gently push against the contours of your face to do a deep tissue massage. You want some oil or lotion on the face so this can glide easier. Think about window squeegee with washer fluid. The end result is a very good. My skin feels and looks smoother. It looks healthier. You do have to go slow and learn this process so you do not accidentally scrape to hard. The tool itself is stainless steel and very strong and comes with a black drawstring carrying bag. Nice product to have and will buy another. Read more

I was introduced to gua sha about a year ago and have since aquired a few different tools made of various materials - stone, resin (plastic) and wood. This is my first stainless steel gua sha and I really like it. I put it in the refrigerator for a cooling effect. I also noticed that it can easily be made warm by rubbing it or even just holding it in my hands. This gua sha is quite a bit larger than the standard, making it easy to hold and maneuver about the face. One drawback is that being stainless steel, it easily becomes dirty looking, but it's also very easy to clean and so pretty when it's shiny. Read more

I’m relatively new to Gua Sha massage and so far I’m pleased with the results I’ve seen. Gua Sha massage has been around for centuries, anything with that kind of history is worth looking into. I think there is more that can be done with traditional medicine techniques than we often realize. This tool feels great in my hand and slides over my skin effortlessly. Definitely use some sort of cream or lubricant when doing this so the tool can be pulled like it needs to. Being stainless steel means this tool won’t crack on me like stone might and I’ll be able to clean it like I do any dish in my house. I could see it being a little small for body massage but it could do the job if necessary. Read more

Durable design and easy to hold. Comes with a little pull string bag to store it in. Easy to keep clean and sanitized. It is heavier than a traditional stone one, but I love how it feels on my face. You can place it in the fridge for that cooling effect as well. Highly recommend. Read more

This is a great tool for facial massages. It feels like a durable, nicely sculpted, piece of stainless steel that is easy to use and care for. Love that it comes with a drawstring pouch for storage - keeps it clean between uses. The small size makes it convenient to keep readily available. I also use it to massage my forearms and smaller areas around my knees. Definitely worth the current price of about $8. Read more
