The description states that this item includes a lid and a straw. Mine arrived without a lid or straw. I contacted Stanley, per the instructions on Amazon for product support for missing or damaged items. Stanley says they won't do anything for 30 days. The rose color is very pretty and exactly what I wanted, but since item was intended as a gift, I will just need to return it. Disappointing customer service from Stanley. Read more

Cooler Cup is super cute, the color is subtle but clearly pink. It kept my drink cold in can for about 4 hours. I did return the item based on the fact that the description advises the product comes with a lid and straw. It doesn’t. Had it come with those other items I would’ve definitely kept it! Read more
