These protein bars are out of this world - so unexpected. Flavor, texture, label... check all the boxes! The texture is just right - soft, chewy and decadent - but not so chewy you risk breaking a tooth. The flavors are each SO good. I got the tasting box, and EVERY SINGLE FLAVOR was a win. My husband and teen daughters also loved them. I am an IFBB Bikini Pro and certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist - so, I've been in the fitness game for a while, and I have tried many bars. The ones I like the most end up having sucralose or other gut-destroying ingredients. The ingredient profile on these is stellar. I am not a vegan, so I don't usually gravitate to plant based proteins - but these genuinely surprised me. Each bar has 15-16 grams of protein and 5 or 6 grams of fiber. If I could change anything about these, it would be that that had closer to 20 grams of protein per bar. But that is definitely not a deal breaker. I highly recommend trying these. The Cacao Sea Salt protein bars are by far my favorite. They taste amazing but what really stands out is how clean the ingredients are. Each bar has 15 grams of collagen protein, which makes it such an easy way to get protein in without all the fillers or artificial stuff you see in a lot of other bars. These tasted great and have very clean ingredients. And also had low sugar as advertised. The flavors were good, and the bars had some texture and were not dry at all. They do seem like high quality bars. I will say the bars a smaller than other protein bars and the price is a bit high. I ordered the Stars & Honey Collagen Bar Tasting Set to try a few flavors before committing to a full box, and I’m really glad I did. My favorites were Cookie & Cream and Birthday Cake. The Cookie & Cream flavor tastes like a dessert bar, it’s creamy and slightly chocolatey without an artificial aftertaste. The Birthday Cake is sweet and fun but not overpowering. Both flavors actually satisfy a sweet craving. The texture is soft and chewy without being chalky or dry, which is usually my issue with protein bars. They’re easy to grab as a quick snack and feel like a treat while still being higher in protein and they give me long lasting energy. The flavors are odd, but the ingredients are high quality. These are really clean protein bars, and I can taste the difference. Even though they offer only an 8% protein to calorie ratio, they're worth keeping in my rotation because they don't have a bunch of artificial ingredients. They're pretty tasty as well. Read more

Although I wish they were plant based (or just didn’t have bovine collagen), I did enjoy the one I tried! I love birthday cake and that bar hit the spot (there’s so many flavors so you’ll find one you like for sure).
