Wood handle
All Staub is great, but the wood handle pans are a must! Read more
Nice pan, looks nice works well, but sadly won't last.
This is the second time i've bought this pan, the first time the handle split. I tried to fix it, but it just got worse and worse and finally broke off after 2y of use. Cast iron pans are meant to be be lifetime items so this was really dissapointing. When i contacted staub customer support, they told me to post the pan back to them *in germany* - that's obviosuly really expensive. All i need is a replacement wooden handle but they are not willing to provide it, which is incredibly annoying. Especially when it's a $200 frying pan. I've bought it again because i like their products, but their customer support is unfortunately terrible. Additionally, when i got the new one, it doesn't have the nice green enamble on the bottom as in the pictures, it's matt black, which is also dissapointing - the pictures are misleading. Read more
