If you like the diaper look and feel, the plastic feel on your lady bits and the constant worry of "did I leak" after you sat down for a long period of time, than Stayfree is not what you are looking for. I've been using Stayfree for yeaaarrrsss. I have used other brands in the past and will admit that I do have some in my drawers/glove compartments that are used in a "in case you forgot to buy more Stayfree" pile. Nothing compares to the feeling and protection you get with Stayfree brand (not sponsored, just the honest truth). When I am heavy, this covers my areas. I know my body and changing the pad more often is expected but it's better than worrying if I leaked. I can easily carry a pad in my pocket without looking like you have a pad in your pocket. Each pad is up to you and your flow. I've always used the overnight pad for day and night usage. I like the feeling that I am covered front to back, and regardless of my flow, this feels like I am wearing a panty liner. Here's the best part (somewhat gross but the reality part, you can stop reading here if WOMANhood grosses you out lol), when changing, you don't get your discard bits all over you and it actually seeps and sticks to the pad - not on you. If you have never used Stayfree or not sure about this brand or want to try it but don't want to shell out $ and not like it. Your lady bits and whichever pad makes you feel confortable, should only be something that you choose. Honestly, you just have to try them all out to figure out what you like best. I tried so many different brands over the years and this brand has been the one I always went to ever since high school. It’s thin but thick enough that it would absorb even on your heaviest days. Problem with a lot of other brands is they would have this gloss covering which does make wearing them comfortable but they do not make the pads absorb very well especially when you have very thin flow. This defeats the purpose of a pad if you have additional clean up. I do find that on very heavy days I would still need to double the pads which is all I need. Other than that, the length are perfect for most nights. PSA: Turns out that the brand re-branded as Carefree Overnight so don’t buy from these re-sellers acting like scalpers. The company does need to do better in communicating re-brandings like this but that has nothing to do with the pads themselves. Read more

For over a decade, this has been almost literally the only feminine hygiene product I buy and certainly my top choice when available. Super comfortable, I never worry about leaks whether I'm sleeping or exercising and everything in between, and "ultra thin"!
