The first stem cleaner they sent me did not function. There was a card with the cleaner with a direct email requesting to contact them if I had any issues. My first though was that it would be a long drawn out process but I went ahead and wrote them. They replied right away that a new machine would be overnighted to me the next day. I bought this originally to clean my car and get off sap on the paint. But then I decided to try it on my bathroom tile. After I installed the tile I put a sealer on it and it was HORRIBLE. Dirt just attached to it and no matter what used I couldn't get it off. This worked wonders. It took close to four hours and that sealant must have like polyurethane in it or something because it was so hard to remove. But what an amazing difference!!!! Read more
I was excited to try this cleaning steamer, but the design is completely unsafe. There is NO on/off switch on the handle, which means you have to fumble with the main unit while scalding hot steam is coming out. I accidentally burned my fingers horribly because there’s no quick way to turn it off when needed. This is a serious safety hazard! I can’t believe a product like this was made without such a basic safety feature. Definitely returning it and warning others—don’t risk your safety with this poorly designed steamer! Read more
I was really liking this for the kitchen and bathroom until the hose started spurting steam everywhere except from the nozzle. Right in the middle of cleaning on the 3rd setting...not even full force. Hot steam spurted everywhere into my face and hands. I wanted to take the hose off to try and fix it, but nope wouldn't detach. Now I'm hesitant to buy another. ***UPDATED*** The company actually reached out to me after my review and offered either a replacement or refund. I chose the refund as I found a corded unit does not suit my needs for the rooms I'm using it in. However, if the company were to come out with a rechargeable or battery unit I would definitely purchase because it was a very useful, very helpful gadget. Read more
This was perfect for cleaning just about anything. It’s compact/easy to use and best of all it has many ranges in temperature. Was able to use low temp with wood baseboards all the way to grout cleaning on the high temps! Having many attachments was great for little areas and other larger surfaces. Read more
Okay steamer but I purchased it to clean my air fryer oven and my standard oven and it did not work on either one. For reference I use a degreaser spray EVERY time I cook so my ovens are not all that bad. Read more
