I have never used a steam cleaner before so I was very excited to try this unit. This thing is a cleaning game changer! It only takes 15 seconds to heat up, which blows my mind. It heats to 221* F (105*C). It has a 1.4L water tank, which is actually plenty of water for even big jobs. It has 3 adjustable settings (steam levels). The steam handle has a 60” cord and the power cord is also 60”. The kit also comes with 14 tools/accessories for cleaning different surfaces. After a little learning curve, it gets easier to use. This will change the way you clean. Especially in the bathrooms! Read more

short story: Very happy with this cleaner, works well, does what I want it to do. There are a couple of very minor annoyances, see bottom of review to see them. Long version: This is the first steam cleaner we have owned, we still have some learning to do. When I first unboxed it my first thought was that it was tiny. After using it, that's not a problem the amount of water it holds lasts a long time. The water heated up quickly, the steamer did a great job. A couple of lessons, sometimes you need to use the brush attachment as the steam will loosen, but may not actually remove what you are trying to clean off. It would also be helpful to have an old tooth bush or other small brush to get into some of the nooks and crannies. I would have been able to clean the washing machine detergent container better if I had used a small brush. I also cleaned our sink's silicon mat. I used the brush attachment, and it did a great job. Things to keep in mind: Good to have a brush to help remove stuff once the steam has loosed it. It takes some time to clean, just because you are using steam doesn't mean it's fast. There is a learning curve. I still need to try it on the shower, which I think will work great and the grill. Minor issues: You have to put in batteries in the sprayer. You then have to sync it to the unit. Not a big deal, but unexpected. The batteries came loose when I set the sprayer down. Not sure if the battery wasn't in correctly, or if they sit in there loosely. The drain is at the bottom of the machine, towards the center. Not the best for draining, might drain better it it was in a corner or somewhere other than where it is. Overall great machine, very happy with it. Read more

Let me start by saying that I have never had or used a steam cleaner before. My family has never had a steam cleaner, we've always used good old fashioned hot water, scrubber and whatever cleaning spray. This was a first for me. As someone that has never used an item like this before, I was expecting to read instructions and learn how to use it. I was hoping to have some direction what to do or not to put in it? Nothing. There are no instructions on the box. There is a little brochure telling you what each attachment is but that is really it. I had no idea how long it took to heat up because when I pressed the button on the steam gun, it didn't work. I learned you have to hold the button to turn it on. Each additional press is to make it hotter, steamier, then shut off. It takes a couple of seconds to heat. Makes some noises, spits out some water, then HOT. I had no clue how this worked so I took my chances to see if this thing would blow up next to me or spit out steam. It would have been nice to know what to expect. I learned that you stick the water in the top part of the container. There is a small hole to stick the water into. I used a funnel to put the water in it so it didn't go all over the place. Small drainage hole on the bottom which made it a little difficult to get all the water out at the end. The steamer gets super hot! I would suggest you keep small kids away because even the hose gets super hot to the touch and takes a while to cool down. I used the steamer to clean my fish tank. There are a couple spots that I am unable to get with the tooth brush I use and the scrubby brush. I used the steam to cut through the grime that I couldn't get off before. It didn't get all of it off but it got a good bit of it. I just stuck water in the container, have no clue how much, but I did know that It didn't use a lot of water. I was surprised to see how much water was still in the container after I was done going over the fish tank and even using it on our glass top stove. Maybe I'm using it right. Maybe I'm not. I don't know. That's why I am giving 2 stars. I think I figured it out but I really don't know. Could it have cleaned better? Maybe? Or is that how well it does and that's what I should expect? No clue. If I had instructions, with some information in it, maybe I'd have a better idea? Read more
