I used one time and second time I started to use it, it won’t turn on and I am 4 days past the return window. Waste of money!!!!! Read more
worked great easy to use
here are my observations after using this steam cleaner 1. all you do is fill the water reservoir plug it in and you will see a red light (see pic 1) you then push the white button and the red light turns blue and flashes then turn the knob to the setting and the lights turn green (see pic 2) and the steam starts coming out. if you want to pause the steam just turn the knob back off 2. it comes with several attachments I used the nozzle attachment to clean a griddle (see pic 3) and then used the hose attachment with the brush to clean a chair (see pic 4) I found there was plenty of steam and it cleaned as expected. Will not power on or work
I really wanted this to work, but this one’s a dud. Mine won’t even power on. There are no lights, no heat, nothing. I checked multiple outlets and tested other appliances just to be sure, and everything else works fine. This unit is completely unresponsive. The small size would have been great if it had worked. The listing sounds great, but none of that matters if it won’t turn on in the first place. Because it will not power on, I cannot judge its cleaning power, how much steam it generates, how well it might have cleaned or how easy it would have been to use. There are other small sized steam cleaners at better price points that actually work. Maybe I got a defective unit, but out of the box this was a total disappointment. Read more
