This is my third steam cleaner and by far the best I have purchased. It blasts dirt and grime out of grout lines, blasts dust off of my baseboards, and used it to blast away hard dried epoxy resin from the bottom of a work sink from a project spill that happened over a year ago. The steam cleaner arrived in good condition. All parts were included and clean and undamaged. The electrical cord and hose were a nice long length to be able to reach lots of areas. The water heats to steam very fast. All of the attachments are nice additions and are very easy to swap out. I appreciate that the steamer controls are on the handle instead of the unit itself. While the product itself worked as it should, the result of how the steam cleaned things was not what I was hoping for. I used it on bathtubs, mirrors, sinks, and the kitchen backsplash. It worked great on the mirrors, but not so great on the other items. I think some things just have to have a stronger chemical to break things down. Read more

I love cleaning with a steamer. When I first started to use this I was a little confused. To turn it on you have to press the button on the handle versus the actual tank like most I have tried. The light indicator on the tank that lights when plugged in looks like an alien button. After pressing again and again, I finally read the instruction. Duh. Ok, so first impression was majorly impressed. 3 settings of steam and the flow was fantastic. A full tank lasted me about 40 minutes and it was easy to add more water and drain. I was in love with this thing. It even told me what the temp was for the water as it heated up So I was using it regularly for about a month. Roughly twice a week give or take. Then suddenly, it would not turn on. The light to indicate it was plugged in lit up, but the button on the handle would not turn on. After several attempts to troubleshoot, It it is still not working. Very sad. I gave this guy 3 stars because it was an awesome steamer. I am not sure if I just had a faulty one. Read more
