I was kind of scared of this thing at first, since it seemed very intimidating. The instructions mention pairing but were sparesely written, and there isn't any labels on the buttons to explain things. There's a lot of accesssories and no instructions on how to use them or where to use them. When you first turn it on, the machine is very loud, and I have a hard time getting it to shut off so I just unplug it. I really do wish that the instructions had more to them, but after messing around with it a bit (albiet not actually cleaning anything yet), I think i've got it. When the instructions say pairing, they don't mean wifi or bluetooth, they mean connecting the buttons that control the levels of steam from the nozzle to the base of the machine that produces the steam. That way you can control the amount of steam created from the nozzle, which is nice since the tube is long enough that you can get some distance from the base of the machine. The accessories are easy to attach, and are pretty intuitive to know when to use them (if you need to scrub, use the bristles. If you need to scrape, use the scraper, etc). The machine itself heats up very quickly and produces a ton of steam with minimal drips, which is really nice. It does get quite hot, obviously, so I'm grateful for the gloves they provided. Filling it up is very easy, and the handle makes transporting it quite nice. The plug is long enough that I can easily clean even if the outlet is farther away. You will need two AAA batteries for the nozzle, as well as to plug it in, which wasn't initially clear, and you need to be careful when its plugged in as water and electricity don't make for a pleasant combo. That said, I haven't had any problems with that yet since the hose is so long. As for quality, it's really nice. The tubing from the machine to the nozzle is thick and sturdy, and looks like it'll hold up for a very long time. The nozzle is strong, but easy to hold on to and adjust the amount of steam released. I love all the accessories and how they work with the steam in different ways to accomplish any task you need done. The machine base holds a lot of water so you aren't constantly refilling, the handle is very sturdy, and although it has a nice weight, it's not too heavy to cart around. Overall, I would definitely recommend this steamer, just be prepared to play around with it at first since the instructions are pretty limited. Read more

I've been using this steam cleaner for different areas around the house, and it's been very effective. It heats up fast and produces strong steam that cuts through grease and grime easily. The large water tank lasts a good while, so I don't have to refill it often. I really like the variety of attachments they make it easy to clean grout, bathroom tiles, and even car interiors. This is a very powerful steam cleaner and without adding any chemicals I am able to get grease out of fabrics, when I'm using it inside the car to clean the headliner or any fabric covered surfaces. Very high quality machine with multiple attachments to give me the shape of steam outlet that I want. Very easy to use because it heats up quickly. Really good steam quality that doesn't turn into water because it's superheated. This is a very light machine which makes it easy to take with me into the car or wherever it needs to go. Really gets into the cracks and crevices in the bathroom and cleans beautifully. I think it's a fantastic value as compared to other steam cleaners that are hundreds of dollars more. Read more

The media could not be loaded. The instructions for this Jegshin Steam Cleaner are more confusing than they are helpful. Forget all the stuff about pairing. Just put 2 AAA batteries in the steam gun, plug in the steamer then press and and hold the yellow button on the gun until the light on top of steamer comes on. It will be red, then turn blue when the water it hot enough to turn to steam. When you press the yellow button to start the process, the first of 3 lights above it comes on to indicate “low”, each press will increase the amount of steam it produces. To turn off the unit, press and hold the button again. I found it better to use the steamer on the medium or high setting because on low not all the water condenses and water drips out the nozzle. The biggest problem I had was that, no matter what I tried, I could get none of the attachments to fit onto the nylon nozzle and was convinced it was defective. I was so frustrated that I put everything up for a while. Then I decided to try a little spray silicone on the nozzle and that with that and a little muscle, they slid on. Very confusing. The instructions really aren’t very helpful. There is a pairing button and it took me a while to figure out what I’m pairing to. The unit has to be paired to the hand held part. The hand held part also requires batteries. The unit plugs into the wall. The listing said cord is 78” but it’s actually only 58”. Very short. Will need an extension cord. Haven’t actually tried the unit. Not feeling like I know enough to try it. Will have to do online research. It does come with a lot of accessories but I don’t know how to use them. This steam cleaner is really powerful! It heats up quickly and cleans amazingly! When I moved into my house I tried everything to get the oven door clean, but nothing worked, I couldn't even see through the glass! This steam cleaner finally got it clean. I completely forgot to take a before picture but am super happy with the results. What I don't like about this machine is it does not give an suggestions on which attachments are best for specific surfaces. It is also VERY loud so when you're using it indoors or in a small space, please wear ear plugs! The extension wand is metal, so it is quite hot after use so be careful. It definitely heats up quickly and does last for a long period of time. It is a good buy for the money! I definitely recommend the JEGSHIN steam cleaner. Read more
