So far this is my favorite steamer it heats up in less than a minute and I can continue using it for hours. Not sure if this will eventually fail but hasn't so far and I've used for hours in 4 different occasions. And 2 of those times I used for 6 hours 2 days in a row. Great cleaning power, only takes a few seconds to build up the steam pressure. I’ve used it in every room. We had like a soap scum layer that I just could not get rid of in the shower, I used the steamer and it came right out so the tile looks great. I have used it on tile, glass doors, laminate flooring, mirrors, big coolers, we have two pets so nice and safe, chemical free does an excellent job. Excellent value for the price. *UPDATED, UPDATED REVIEW!* The machine goes through the error message cycle repeatedly before seeming to work after 5 or 6 attempts. However, the machine expels hot water for a second, which is dangerous and scary. I'm debating whether to buy another one (even though it's $10 more now) or look for another brand. Appliances are utter crap these days. UPDATED REVIEW After using the machine 2 or 3 times, I experienced an ERR (error) message on the display. I turned the machine on and off a few times and the message went away. However, I was concerned. In the manual's trouble-shooting section, it specifically mentions the error message, and directs you to take a photo or video of the message on the machine. I did that and sent it to them. They issued a 100% refund on the machine but didn't answer my question about whether it was safe to use the machine if/when I can get it up and running. They still haven't responded. I could buy another machine but the price has gone up, and the machine may be perfectly okay. I wish they would tell me. It's obviously a known issue because it's printed in the instruction manual. Original review: I managed to kill my previous steam cleaner and wanted a replacement immediately. I did a bunch of comparison searches and landed on the Grobell. In terms of function, it is better than my previous cleaner. It is more compact, which is fine for my needs. I love that it has "wet" and "dry" settings. The dry setting isn't actually dry, but it puts out a lot less water. I'd use it on my kitchen floor and anything upholstered like sofa cushions or mattresses. It really does heat up extremely fast. You can supposedly add more water without waiting for the machine to cool down. That's a big plus if you are doing a big job. I was just testing it out when I first got it. I steamed my kitchen and laundry room sinks. I removed the plug for the tank without waiting and, unlike with my previous steamer, there was no hot steam to contend with. The machine and attachments seem sturdy. (Sturdier than my previous machine, which was more expensive.) There are plenty of attachments for different tasks. I've discovered that if the little brushes appear worn out after use, you can put them in the dishwasher (upper rack) and they come out almost as good as new. I really like this thing. The pluses: the white color is pearlescent and it reminds me of a pretty car paint. The hose and attachments are made of good quality materials. I purchased this mainly for the size of the water tank, how quickly it heats up, and the two extension poles because I didn’t want my back to break hunched over using it to clean my entire downstairs grout. I like that you can use it as a steam mop but so many other things too. Pro tip: if you’re using it to clean grout, steam mop first to loosen dirt then use the grout brush attachments and wipe up lose dirt with a ton of towels or shop vac as you go. Cons: the cord could be longer, I had to move plugs several times. It’s loud with the small steam attachments—I had to put in earplugs. Like any steam cleaning job, it’s hard, sweaty work but the size of the machine makes it kind of fun versus a handheld steamer that hurts your wrist, you have to bend over, and needs to be refilled constantly. This machine costs about half the price of a professional tile clean and I’ll get to use it multiple times and it’s about the size of a regular vacuum. Given that you’re supposed to clean and reseal grout yearly, I think it’ll be a money saver versus hiring out the job. I really like it. Read more

This cleaner is great. Once filled, the steam is at 200 degrees in no time. We have travertine floors and this cleaned them off perfectly. Nice and compact with all the attachments to do almost any cleaning job. Read more

It gives two settings, steam and wet, but the steam is the same as wet. The steam settings leaves streaks, needs adjustment for the steam to work as steam for the floor. Read more

1. I had to return this item because I didn't like how much water trace it was leaving on the floor when I tried the steam mop, even though the setting was on "DRY" steam. Mopping with this steam cleaner doubled my work since I had to go with a dry mop after steam cleaner and wipe again. (I have a different steam mop, and it's much cheaper one, but it's just a mop- doesn't do anything else, but it cleans the floors so well- you wipe with it- and it dries in seconds) 2. The handle is just not very user friendly, because - you have to keep holding the button to release steam - handle gets so hot after 10mins of continuous use - holding the button with a heat-protective glove is not any easier I also cleaned tile walls with this steam cleaner, at the end the walls looked cleaner, but didn't do much difference cleaning grout. And had to dry walls after tools as well. Feedback: It would have been nice if release button didn't need to be constantly held to release steam, at least a switch would have been nice. Read more
