The media could not be loaded. This cleaner is awesome. I have and have occasionally used a lower powered steam cleaner but it always took longer to heat up than I have patience. Not this one. This cleaner heats up almost instantly, just be careful of the steam. When I put it together to try it out for the first time, the trigger was already in the on position so steam started coming out before I was quite ready. Although not the ideal steamer for taking the folds out of fabric cubes, it did a fair job on one of mine (though I probably should just pull out the steam iron). For a test of the window cleaning attachment, I cleaned my (embarrassingly) dirty rear slider door. I am fairly certain it has never been cleaned but it gets continuous applications of dog nose/paw and children hands so it was ready to be cleaned. You can see the video but it did so well on one side I had to go out side and clean the other. Unfortunately, I think this is like using a pressure washer... the more you clean the more you have to clean (don't look at the door frame, it's next).
