I had never use a steam cleaner before. The first thing I wanted to try it on was the seats in my car. With 6 kids, my car didn't stand a chance against any, I mean any stains. This does produce steam but there is really no pressure at all (“pressurized”). Consequently, if there is a film or buildup of any kind, it remains in place. Nothing gets washed away. The advertising videos are deceptive. Read more

THIS THINGS DRIPS and it's not the droplets that it states in the instructions. After making an attempt to use it twice, this is not a a steam cleaner I would recommend purchasing. Also, it uses the water so quickly, it would take forever just to steam clean any type surface. Read more
