It doesn't work
Hmmm...I opened the thick, brown, generic cardboard box (unlike the boxes in the other reviews) to find a steam cleaner that appears to be missing a couple of pieces--some pieces were just tossed in the box, not packaged in plastic or bubble wrap; the "towel cover" for the window scraper doesn't fit because it is made for something the size of a blueberry muffin, which is approximately 1/3 the size of the window scraper. THIS STEAMER DOESN'T HEAT. Ergo, it does not steam clean ANYTHING. After following the poorly written instructions, all that the "number on the digital panel" does is spin. The unit doesnt heat at all, even after being plugged in, long pressing the power button for 1 second (again, following the directions), and waiting for 10 minutes. Nothing. Complete waste of money; I'm returning for a refund, not a replacement. Read more

La usé y me gustó. El vapor sale con mucha presión y se nota potente a pesar de que la máquina es pequeña. Se le pone el agua en el contenedor y trae varios accesorios, como cepillitos e instrumentos, que ayudan a limpiar mejor. El vapor sirve para ir quitando la grasa y limpiar, tal como se muestra en la foto. Por lo menos eso fue lo que vi cuando la usé y cumplió su función. Read more
