If you get instant gratification and satisfaction out of pressure washing, then you'll enjoy using this as well. I used it on just about everything from the grout (of course) to the stainless steel stove top to the kitchen cabinets and so on. My likes are... The wire brush for tile and grout. Use the softer brush for caulking though. The softer brush for the stove and other more sensitive areas The blue cloth pad for hot mopping the floor. Not so great on carpets. The white cloth pad for clothing, furniture and cabinets. The window attachement for mirrors and removing hard water stains on shower doors. You still may need to use bathroom cleaner to pretreat the area. The extention attachments help to keep you off your knees. The three wheels on the base unit allow it to move freely on the floor. With the long extension cord and hose you can reach many areas. You may need to pretreat some areas with a cleaner to help in dirtier areas. What i dont like is... There are a lot of attachments and not enough places to keep them stored on the unit itself. There are only two places for attachements on the unit. So keep the box it comes in to keep it all together. There is no sight glass or level indicator to see how much is left in the tank. Its a guessing game on when it will run out. When refilling - Be sure to release the pressure in the hose and pour the water in slowly. Otherwise it will spray hot water and steam out of the opening like the old radiator designs did. This steamer mop is easy to use. Wait for 7-9 Minutes After you power on, the green light shows at the first time, it means the mop is ready to use. You can push the steam gun button forward to start, I will recommend to turn the children lock to the right side and then the steam will come out without the hand touch. Let the steam mop operate for 1-2 minutes before you start mopping, then the towel of floor brush and get wet enough. I posted before and after pictures, it works very well and clean. I was tired from kids bringing from school virus after virus and I decided to steam all surfaces and handles on a regular basis during the flu season. After some research this steamer max temperature kills flu virus but still gentle enough on other surfaces. I also got it because I can steam floors with long attachment.
