The hose length is decent and feels sturdy when pulling it across the floor. The only drawbacks I’ve noticed are that it takes a little while to heat up fully and you have to pause to refill if you are doing a big job. Also, the smaller brush heads can get warm to the touch after extended use, so I wear a glove for longer sessions. I was so happy to finally get a 2500 watt hand held steamer to tackle some nasty areas in the house we just bought. I have had my large model steam cleaners for years with no issue and I use them for floors, walls and ceilings and I have 3 lower watt hand held steamers that I use for light duty steaming such as sinks and showers and toilets. With that said I’m experienced with all types of steam cleaners. So I’m extremely disappointed with this steamer. I cannot get it to produce steam and it keeps shutting itself off after a minute. Water was coming out of places it shouldn’t and it had a burning smell to it. So I’ve requested a return and unfortunately will be buying a different brand. If the seller would offer to send me one to replace this then I would be willing to cancel the return if the new one works. It’s a decent size for the price and would be easy to use. It’s one of the only ones I’ve seen that comes with a carrying bag to keep everything together. I had my heavy duty drying fan on it all night trying to get it dry to ship it back. Read more
