After about a month of owning this mop I will say this steam mop is a great buy. The versatility of all the attachments really allows you to deep clean a lot of surface. One tank can steam about one small bedroom carpet. Easy to push and pull and the swivel head on the mop head allows you to change direction easy. Upon first use the power light will start flashing that is just so the device can heat up. When the light is solid you can press the bottom to change the intensity/ temperature of the steam for the three levels and let tell you from experience this steam mop get can hot when you set it to it’s high setting. However, I do have a few gripes with this steam mop and they may be manufacturing/ design oversights that buyers should be aware of. First you get two cloth mop heads, but not two small cleaning cloths. I had to order more small universal steam cloths because the steam cloth that came with the steamer not only eventually got dirty, but also began to rip. I understand that all the cloths are washable, but for the small cloth to rip after like about 2 uses is a bit absurd. Now credit to the manufacture to offer spare parts like the tank, cleaning heads, tubes, etc., but they don’t have the small cloth. Lastly, the small cleaning heads do not lock to the hand held tube like the main mop heads. I was using this steamer to steam clean my window and windowsill and the cleaning heads would twist and fall off from the handle. Overall, I would say worth the price you pay for. This stem mop is really amazing, it was easy to put together, easy to remove, as well as understand and work. It’s such a quick and easy task to do when I want to clean. I’ve had this steam mop for about six weeks now and it is the absolute best. It creates so much steam and thoroughly cleans my wood floors. Super easy to use. I usually put cleaning solution on the floor and mop with the steamer, then change the mop cloth for a fresh one and then steam with just regular water to remove all the cleaner that was put on the floor (don’t put any cleaner in the water container). It does the job well but needs a little upgrade. Pros- Assembly and manual content were not that complicated. Cleaned the grease of stove range hood in fraction of time it took me when I did it manually. Cleaned the glass windows and hard floors quite quickly and nicely. 500 ml tank capacity is also helpful. Pretty much no other steamer has this capacity. But this also makes it painful to hold the steamer in different angles during cleaning. This was not a big deal though. Cons - The buttons are right on the handle so it causes accidental pressing of buttons. By mistake, my unintentional thumb press increased the heat level. This damaged my kitchen cabinet door 😫😭. The positioning of buttons shouldn't be where you grip the steamer. The long power cord has no holder where it can be tucked. It gets hard to manage the cord when the machine is not in use. The machine cant stand upright on its own. This becomes painful when mopping the floors, especially if you need to refill the water. Also a hassle for storage because it cant stand. Read more

I researched many different models before deciding to purchase this one. I liked the various accessories and the ability to use the handheld part of the steam mop. The parts seem to be made of quality, sturdy materials, although I did have a little difficulty assembling the mop but that's just because of the arthritis in my hands making it challenging! I did finally get it assembled and decided to use it on my mattress. The heat time was very quick and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to work and how well it freshened my mattress surface. Can't wait to use it on other areas of my house. There is a sufficient amount of water in the tank and the heat is a great temperature. Hot enough to get the job done. The only problem I had in the beginning was trying to read the ultra tiny font on the directions printed on the user manual. Finally figured them out after a few false starts. All in all I am quite pleased with the quality of this steam mop and the way it cleans. Glad I purchased this one! Read more

This is my third steam mop. And, by far my most favorite. I love the length of the chord, the steam output is phenomenal, easy to use. This was purchased back in December and I have yet to use all of the attachments, haven’t needed to yet. I have four cats and steam mop my floors at least once a week, usually more often. My only regret with this product is placement of the power button. Sometimes you inadvertently press it while mopping. Certainly not consequential enough for me to diminish the five star rating.
