I love this steam cleaner! Wish I would have known about it years ago. To clean my floors is amazing! So much better and easier than just using a mop and bucket and so much more sanitary. I actually got it because of a parasite infection and what I especially love besides it cleaning effectively without needing to purchase a specific cleaning detergent etc is that the high heat is like the only thing that can really kill the kind that I have (pinworms). The attachments are fun and useful and it’s actually made cleaning a more fun and rewarding task. The cord itself is super long which is so nice for both the handheld and the floor attachment. When I first got it I noticed a strange plastic smell when using it and the little rubber non slip things on the bottom kept leaving black prints on my counters where I set it which made me mad but it was actually only a temporary thing and those problems completely went away after some use. The steam didn’t feel like enough at first but I think I was just expecting like a really visible steam which does happen but depends on what you’re steaming because with some things you just don’t see it but it does produce a good enough amount to get the job done well. I highly recommend this product and am thinking of even getting another one at some point to give as a gift. Read more

This is a great steam mop! Easy to assemble and there are a variety of ways to use it. My oven feels brand new and my tile showers are spotless and my floors feel amazing after using it! There is a part that I assume is a squeegee that is a little difficult to use but other than that I recommend this steam mop/ steamer! Read more
