This steam mop does an excellent job cleaning all types of floors. The fact that you can clean the pads after each time is wonderful. I even purchased extra pads just in case some get worn out. Steam is also good for sanitary reasons. Read more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This steamer is a game changer in keeping our home clean and free from harmful chemicals. Highly disappointed with customer service and this steam mop, it does have many attachments and does steam mop the floors after going over it several times. However i am disabled and it is extremely heavy, the tank is so tiny and after having to go over any dirty spot several times it needs to be refilled quickly, but the tank is impossible to take off, i cannot do it myself so I can't do my floors until I have someonethat can come by and stay while I do my floors and have them take the tank off several times. I am in a tiny 500sq ft apartment and have to refill it at least 3 times to get my floors done. At this point it is basically unusable for me so its sitting collecting dust and im now searching for a different model and company i can go thru as customer service provided me with no help. But for the price and many attachments, it's not a bad steam mop.. as long as you have no strength or disability issues. Read more
