The media could not be loaded. I’ve used it a few times now and I’m honestly impressed. It was super easy to set up right out of the box, and it came with a bunch of attachments (still figuring out what a few of them do 😂). I mostly got it to clean my kitchen floor, which gets messy fast with all the cooking. This thing cut through the grime like magic—no harsh chemicals needed. The steam gets hot quickly and the mop head glides smoothly. I attached a video of me cleaning my kitchen floor so you can see how it works in action. This unit is amazing! Super easy to assemble and swap from mop to handheld. I love that the on/off feature is touch screen and the trigger has a locking mechanism that allows you to clean continuously without having to hold it down. I appreciate that the mop is long enough that I can use it without having to bend over at all (I'm 5' 7"), but my daughter can also use it from her wheelchair. Her favorite is the handheld wand. With so many attachments, there isn't a nook or cranny that we haven't cleaned. The unit is lightweight and portable. I'd say the only thing I wish was better is the length of the cord. This is my second mop. The first would not work. The warranty link would not work. I was not able to return it. I had no choice but to leave a review and expect I wasted money. This company reached out and after my review and offered me another one. This time the mop worked. Over all easy to assemble and use. Light weight. It's overall function does the job. It takes a few seconds to heat up. However the electric cord gets in the way. Unpluges easy from the wall. The costumer service which took place 5 months after the negative review was posted, was a surprise and welcoming. I have 2 pets and my place always need daily mopping. This mop helps me easily do this and also does a great job at it! Mopping use to take forever, now I can easily do this chore within 10 mins. This also comes with a few different accessories which is nice. The mop pads are pretty simple to clean. I throw them in the washer and it's good to go. This mop has became one of my favorite steam mops that I ever owned. It's price is pretty reasonable as well and doesn't hurt my pocket too much.
