Guys - last year I got both my kids (K & PREK) matching backpacks and they were CHEAP and fell apart mid-year. Not these - we just passed the 1/2 way point for them and these have been high touch, used for clothing, snacks, spilled waters, homework, crafts, rocks...at times ; ) and other "treasures". They wipe clean, easily. The pockets are versatile, helpful and functional. Straps fit two little kids - now in grade 1 and Kindergarten and most importantly, my boy and girl love to match in the same style and different colors. This backpack was perfect! I bought it for my 5-year-old son to use for school, and it has held up amazingly well. The size is just right for a kindergartener, big enough for his folder, lunchbox, and water bottle, but not too heavy or bulky. These are awesome backpacks. Excellent quality. Straps are cushiony and thick. Front strap is great for keeping it in place. Perfect for kids but doesn't look like a kiddie backpack. Bought this for my 38” tall toddler going into pre-k and it’s perfect! We can fit his lunchbox in it, and a flexible folder in the back. Yes the top folder corners get bent, but we don’t really have many papers coming home. Love the green and blue color combination. We already had the mini size in a different color for a year, and it held up great. Excellent brand, quality materials, great price! My twins love these backpacks, and honestly, so do I. They think they are just wearing cute little backpacks. I know they are wearing a safety device that keeps them from running in opposite directions at full speed. They fit my 1–3 year olds perfectly and are lightweight, comfortable, and soft. The leash is sturdy without feeling restrictive, and my kids do not even notice it. We have used them at the zoo, the store, and anywhere with crowds, and they have been a sanity saver. This backpack was the perfect purchase for my son to attend preschool. The inside is spacious enough and large enough to hold a regular sized folder along with his lunch box. There is also a larger half pocket inside to hold whatever extra you need. The front zipper pocked is spacious as well. The two side pockets have a stretchy/bungie top to hold in your child's water/fluids without fearing it will fall out. The material is light weight. I can pick out my child in a crowd due to the colors and style of the backpack. My son loves to buckle to support chest clip - he has no issues with this backpack at all. I would purchase again. This has worked great for us as a backpack for a half day Pre-K program! We've been using it for over a year now - it still looks great and none of the zippers have had any issues. The straps have held up well and adjust easily.
